WORSHIP SERVICE SETUP
Each Sunday morning volunteers
gather to transform the high school auditorium into our place of
worship. This involves the setup of the altar, credence table,
podium and all the necessary supplies for the celebration of the
Mass. Setup begins at 9:00 am every Sunday morning. After Mass,
the same volunteers take everything down and move the carts/racks
back into the storage room. Help is needed with heavy lifting and
with arrangement of altar cloths & vessels. Altar cloths and
vessels require cleaning and maintenance. The Setup Coordinator
prepares the schedule of the volunteers and oversees the Sunday
morning activities. Time required is about one hour prior to mass
and one hour after mass approximately once every four to six
weeks.
