MISSION OUTREACH
Mission
Outreach provides opportunities for our parish to partner with other
areas of the world. Most of our efforts to date have been with our
sister parish in the diocese of Juticalpa, Honduras. The
coordinator facilitates projects and communications between our
parish and our sister parishes. For the past five years groups from
our parish have traveled to visit our sister parish in Honduras.
Funding from Holy Redeemer has helped in the construction of a
formation and education center in Valle Alegre, churches and roofs
for family homes. Various programs have been organized within the
parish to provide essential needs to our brothers and sisters in
Honduras. Through these programs we have raised the awareness of
missions within the Holy Redeemer community. Those who have been to
Honduras gather as a Parish Mission Council from time to time to
disperse our Mission Budget. Anyone who wishes to join them is
